Anushka Sharma

Anushka is an actress and producer from Bollywood. She is a top-paid actress and has received many accolades for her acting. In addition, she is an ambassador for several brands and has a clothing line for women which is known as Nush. Forbes Magazine featured her. Anushka Sharma is the youngest child of Kumar Sharma (retd.) and Ashima Sharma. She was born in Ayodhya UP on 1 May 1988. Her father was a former colonel is Anushka. Anushka's mother is a housewife. Karnesh Sharma is Anushka's younger brother. He served in Merchant Navy, and is currently a film producer. Anushka has finished her education at the Army School Bangalore. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Carmel College located in Bangalore. Anushka Sharma holds a Masters in Arts in Economics. Anushka has always wanted to be either journalist or model, and never an actor. Anushka moved to Mumbai after completed her graduation and began her studies at Elite Model Management, and was groomed by style consultant Prasad Bidapa. Anushka debuted as a model in the year 2017 to model for Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show during Lakme Fashion Week. He selected her to be his finale model of the 2007 Spring/Summer Collection. Her modeling career started at Lakme Fashion Week in 2017. She has since done numerous campaigns, which include campaigns with Fiat Palio & Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka Sharma along with her modeling career joined an acting school and started giving auditions for films. Anushka was first seen in an acting role with Shah Rukh Khan opposite Anushka. The actress took time to get ready and did not do the test impromptu. Later on she was contracted for three films under Yash Raj Films banner. In the movie, she was portrayed as a young lady who was married to a middle age man (the role Shah Rukh Khan is playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka appeared in the 2010 film "Badmash Company" alongside Shahid Kapoor Meiyang Chang, Vir Das. This movie was met with mixed reviews. Anushka played a role in a film known as Band Baaja Baraat starring Ranveer in which she portrayed a Punjabi-American girl of middle class, who establishes her wedding planning business. The film received a positive review. Anushka's contract to make three films with Yash Raj Films was completed by Band Baaja Baaraat.
